  • GPS coordinates: -33.606529, 26.890396. Port Alfred is approximately midway between Port Elizabeth and East London. Take the N2 from Port Elizabeth to East London, or vice versa. Drive 57.4 kilometers from Port Elizabeth airport on the N2 and branch onto the R72 when you see sign to Port Alfred. Continue for 99.3 kilometers. As you enter Port Alfred turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Atherstone Road. Follow this road, which become St Andrews Road as you reach the St Andrews hotel on the left. Turn left into the second road after the hotel (a dirt road called Muirfield Avenue) and keep left at the fork at the top of the hill. You will find The View on the next corner, the corner of Muirfield and Milkwood Avenues.

Situated in the Sunshine (Adventure) Province, the Eastern Cape, you can enjoy all these outdoor activities as well as the arts and crafts in the area. The Sunshine Coast also boasts wonderful culinary experiences. The Kowie river will take you upstream for 22 kms or you can head downstream straight out to sea.
